How does sponsorship work?

When you sponsor the 2025 Soma Retreat, your sponsor fee funds the cost of registration for attendees who apply for a scholarship. Sponsorship, along with your presence at the retreat, engages you with a relevant community, and helps to build awareness of the services your organization offers. There are three sponsorship levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Gold and Silver sponsors are invited to host a booth in the main event room and your booth can remain in place for the entire event. Sponsorship levels

  • Gold Sponsor—$1,200

    Gold sponsors will have premium booth space in the main event room.

    Gold Sponsors receive these benefits:

    ⦿ Recognition during event opening and closing sessions

    ⦿ Gold Sponsor acknowledgement on the event webpage and in event communications

    ⦿ Two whole-event passes (keynotes, breakout sessions, family meal, coffee and snacks, participant gift)

    ⦿ One social media shout-out per month (Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn) from sign-on through February 2025

  • Silver Sponsor—$800

    Silver sponsors will have booth space in the main event room.

    Silver Sponsors receive these benefits:

    ⦿ Recognition during event opening and closing sessions

    ⦿ Silver Sponsor acknowledgement on the event webpage and in event communications

    ⦿ One whole-event pass (keynotes, breakout sessions, family meal, coffee and snacks, participant gift)

  • Bronze Sponsor—$400

    Bronze sponsorship supports the scholarship fund only and there is no booth space.

    Bronze Sponsors receive these benefits:

    ⦿ Recognition during event opening and closing sessions

    ⦿ Bronze Sponsor acknowledgement on the event webpage and in event communications
